Coverage: LTMG Machinery Co., Limited warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions for which they are designed. This warranty becomes effective upon delivery of the product and lasts for 1 year or 2,000 working hours, whichever occurs first.

Detailed Warranty for Spare Parts:

• Transmission, Axle, Hydraulic System, Frame: Coverage lasts for 1 year or 2,000 working hours, whichever occurs first.
• High Pressure Pipe: Warranty period of 3 months.
• Battery: Warranty period of 6 months or 1,000 working hours, whichever occurs first.

Parts Replacement: During the warranty period, LTMG will provide free replacement parts for any defects confirmed to be due to material or workmanship failures. Replacement parts will be shipped with the next batch of products or can be shipped immediately, with the buyer responsible for postage and applicable taxes.

Engine Warranty:

• Basic Warranty: The engine is covered under a basic warranty of 2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first.

Registration and Service: The engine must be registered with an authorized Kubota Service Dealer. All service and repairs must be performed by an authorized Kubota Service Dealer to maintain warranty validity.

Additional Coverage: NexGen Machinery Ltd. enhances the foundational warranty offered by LTMG by including labor coverage in addition to the parts coverage provided by LTMG. This enhancement is effective concurrently with the LTMG warranty period, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year or 2,000 working hours, whichever occurs first. Labor coverage is valid only at authorized NexGen Machinery Ltd. service centers. Customers are responsible for transporting their equipment to these service centers. Should the customer request mobile service, such expenses will be borne by the customer. This comprehensive support ensures both parts and labor are fully covered during the LTMG warranty period, providing robust protection for our customers.

Additional Coverage Details:

• Labor: In addition to parts, NexGen Machinery Ltd. covers the labor required for the repair of defects in materials or workmanship at authorized NexGen Machinery Ltd. service centers, within the duration of the LTMG warranty period.
• Travel Allowance: NexGen Machinery Ltd. offers a travel allowance for warranty service, covering expenses up to $500. This allowance is applicable only for services provided within the first 30 days or 30 working hours from the date of delivery and is intended to assist with the costs of transporting the equipment to a service center.

The warranty does not cover:

• Depreciation, Wear and Tear: Normal wear, improper maintenance, and failure to follow operating instructions.
• Accidental Damage: Damages caused by accidents.
• Unauthorized Modifications: Alterations not approved by NexGen Machinery Ltd., including improper setting of injection fuel delivery pumps.
• Improper Use of Consumables: Failure to use specified fuel, lubricants, or other maintenance items.
• Routine Maintenance Services: Including but not limited to adjustments of cables, linkages, and pressures.
• Natural Disasters: Damage from events like fires and floods.
• Maintenance Items: Including light bulbs, pre-heater elements, filter elements, and more as listed previously.
• Unapproved Accessories and Implements: Damage from the use of non-approved items.
• Cosmetic Issues: Such as rust and paint problems.
• Outdated Service Bulletins: Repairs required after warranty terms have expired.
• Stolen or Total Loss Equipment: Equipment that has been reported stolen or considered a total loss.
• Non-NexGen Sales: Equipment not sold by NexGen Machinery Ltd.

Regular maintenance as prescribed in the Operator’s Manual is necessary to keep the warranty valid. Maintenance must be performed by authorized Kubota service centers for Kubota engines and by authorized NexGen Machinery Ltd. service centers for the rest of the equipment.

NexGen Machinery Ltd.'s liability extends only to the repair or replacement of parts and necessary labor.
